What’s Covered

• Workmanship on every repair and installation. If something we adjusted, replaced, welded, or installed fails within 365 days, we return and fix it at no charge, period.
• Parts we supply and install. We stand behind the components we put on your gate. If a part we installed doesn’t perform, we handle it under the same one-year promise.
• The written price before work begins. You get a flat price handed to you before a single tool comes off the truck. That’s Haven Standard Clause 1, and it means the number you approve is the number you pay.
• A documented photo record of every visit. Before we leave, you receive a photo log of what was found, what was adjusted, and what was replaced. We file the same record in our job file. That’s Clause 4, Evidence on every job, included at no additional charge.
• On-time arrival with a name and a face. Every technician is background-checked and uniformed, and we send you their name and photo before they arrive. No mystery contractor pulling up to your Irving driveway.
